		<content type="html">Also sometimes in older panels when the breaker trips it does not move into the tripped position.So it pays to turn all breakers all the way off and then back on to ensure breaker is reset.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Thanks, Mike, forgot to mention that!&lt;br&gt;
